REFERENCES
In an attempt to keep these exploratory ideas accessible in this forum, we have purposefully not integrated academic citations, and provide a fluid bibliography as a supplement. We have benefited greatly from the thoughtful research of many others— as we have tried to use their insightful and praiseworthy work to guide us on our journey. We also which to acknowledge the graduate students of the University of Arkansas Speech and Hearing Clinic who contributed in the clinic components of care: Elizabeth Ford, Chris Harris, Mary Kate Konz, April Parkridge, Kate Pence, Carlee Rhoadarmer, Anna Turman, Jen Villas and Jill Whitley.
